1. Data Storage & Your Privacy
The core functionality of Simple Sheet does not require an account, and we do not store your private calculations on our central servers.
- Local Storage: Your calculation data, numbers, and memos are stored exclusively within your browser's Local Storage. We do not collect, transmit, or monitor your private sheets.
- Share Feature (Firebase): When you actively choose to use the "Share" or "QR Code" features, the selected data is encrypted and temporarily uploaded to Google Firebase to generate a shareable link. This data is used solely for link generation and is automatically deleted after 30 days.
- Pro Features: Data processed via the "Copy All" or "Import" features remains entirely on the client-side (your device) to ensure maximum security and privacy.
2. Advertising & Cookies
To keep the basic version of Simple Sheet free, we use Google AdSense, a third-party advertising service provided by Google Inc.
- Google and its partners use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this site and/or other sites on the Internet.
- These cookies enable Google and its partners to serve personalized ads.
- Opt-Out: You may opt out of personalized advertising at any time by visiting Google Ads Settings.
3. Analytics
We use Google Analytics to analyze website traffic and improve our application's user experience. 4. In-App Purchases & Tips
We do not collect or store your credit card details or payment credentials on our servers.
- App Purchases: All app-related transactions are processed securely through the Google Play Billing system or Apple App Store.
- Web Tips: For optional tips via the Web version, we use the third-party service Buy Me a Coffee.
5. Your Data Protection Rights
Because your calculation data is stored locally on your device, you have complete control over it. You can delete all your calculation data at any time by simply clearing your web browser's cache and local storage data.
