Simple Sheet is a digital tool designed to help users organize, calculate, and share mathematical information efficiently. The service offers both a free version and a premium ("Pro") version with enhanced features.
When you create and share calculation sheets via URL or QR code, you are solely responsible for the content you generate. You agree to the following conditions:
Simple Sheet offers optional Pro features that unlock additional functionality. Purchases are processed through secure third-party platforms (such as Google Play or Apple App Store) and are subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
Passcode Usage: Any PC/Web passcode or access credential provided as part of a Pro purchase is intended for your personal use only. Public redistribution, resale, or unauthorized sharing of such credentials is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension or termination of your Pro access without a refund.
The application, including its original code, features, functionality, and design, are and will remain the exclusive property of Jet Lab Apps and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Jet Lab Apps.
Simple Sheet is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Jet Lab Apps does not guarantee that the application's calculations will always be 100% accurate, error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for any specific financial, medical, or engineering purpose. You use the application and rely on its calculation results entirely at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Jet Lab Apps, its developers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages. This includes, without limitation, loss of data, loss of profits, business interruptions, or financial losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the application or any of its calculation results.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Jet Lab Apps is established, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. Continued use of the application after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
